Course Description

Students in seventh grade social studies explore the history, geography, government, economic systems, current issues, and cultures of the Eastern World with an emphasis on Asia, Africa, the Middle East, the Pacific Islands, Australia, and New Zealand. 

​Announcements

​Most students will have  the opportunity to visit the WMS library and have checked out a book.  Please make sure all library books are returned the next week. Any other materials that have been sent home with your student should also be returned.
  • Be sure to bring your ID badge with you to class every day!
  • Reminder: Students are expected to have their supplies. Come to class prepared! If you are unable to get a composition notebook or folder, please let your teacher know.

Reminder:  we do offer Penny Lane study time after school Monday-Thursday from 3:00-4:30 pm.  We allow 10 kids per day to stay after for tutoring and the students may go on line to the google classroom and sign up on the Penny Lane site.
